Pilot connects to your WhatsApp and Instagram, qualifies every enquiry with AI, and sends your booking link. You just show up.
When someone messages a business, they're usually messaging 2 or 3 at the same time. Whoever replies first wins. The others get ignored — even if they're better.

Someone who has already messaged your business is much further down the path than a stranger who clicked an ad. Pilot only deals with the second type — people who already found you and reached out. It makes sure none of them get ignored.
You don't need to be thinking about buying any software. This is just what happens when enquiries stop getting missed.
Sits unanswered until you wake up — if you remember to check.
Replied to in under 10 seconds. Booking link sent before they try someone else.
Phone buzzes. You ignore it. By the time you're free, they've moved on.
Bot handles it. You finish your appointment. Lead is waiting for you.
Enquiries pile up over the weekend or holiday. Most won't still be interested by the time you're back.
Every enquiry qualified and sent your booking link — automatically, while you were away.
You spend 20 minutes back-and-forth before realising they weren't serious.
Bot asks your qualifying questions first. You only hear from people who are ready.
Nothing — but every missed enquiry is revenue you never see.
£3 per qualified lead. Nothing if no one qualifies. No monthly fee.
If customers message you before booking — to ask about prices, availability, or services — Pilot is built for you.
Not on the list? If people DM your business, Pilot works for you.
Every time someone messages your business, this is what happens — automatically, in real time.
Via WhatsApp or Instagram — they already found you and they're interested.
Under 10 seconds. Even at 2am on a Sunday. No one slips through.
The bot gently qualifies the enquiry — service needed, budget, timing.
Automatically sent once qualified. No chasing. No back-and-forth.
Lead is ready. No triage, no chasing — just a new customer waiting for you.
No code. No technical knowledge needed.

You only pay when the bot does its job.
VAT is applied to your monthly invoice total, not per lead.
You're only charged when both conditions are met: all your questions are answered and the booking link is sent.
Straight answers — no sales fluff.
When exactly do I get charged?
Only when two things happen together: the bot has asked all your qualifying questions and got answers, and your booking link has been sent to that person. If someone chats but never qualifies, or you haven't set a booking link yet — no charge.
What if they never actually book?
You pay for a qualified lead with a booking link in hand — not for a confirmed appointment. The logic is the same as paying for a warm referral: you've received someone who answered your questions and has your booking link. Whether they follow through is up to them (and you).
What if I don't have a booking link yet?
The bot will still reply and ask your questions — it just won't trigger a charge or send the booking link until you add one in your settings. You can set up your account and see it working for free first.
What counts as a "qualifying question"?
Questions you set yourself — things like "what service are you looking for?", "when are you looking to come in?", or "what's your budget?". You decide what the bot needs to know (up to 5 questions) before it sends your booking link. Once all of them are answered, the lead is qualified.
Does it work with my booking system?
Yes — you paste in any URL: Calendly, Fresha, Treatwell, your own website's booking page, a WhatsApp link, anything. Pilot doesn't need to integrate with your booking system. It just sends your link at the right moment.
Can I be charged twice for the same person?
Not on the same channel. The same WhatsApp number or Instagram account is tracked per channel — once qualified, they won't be charged again on that channel. If someone contacts you on both WhatsApp and Instagram, or from a different account, that would be treated as a separate enquiry.
What if someone is just a time-waster or asks something irrelevant?
The bot only sends your booking link — and you only pay — once all your qualifying questions are answered. Someone who just asks "what are your prices?" and doesn't engage further won't qualify and won't cost you anything.
Is there a monthly fee or a minimum spend?
No monthly fee, no minimum, no contract. If no leads qualify in a month, your bill is £0. You only ever pay for results.
